What you will need: red wool, scissors, hot glue gun, red cotton thread, needle, big red buttons and small black buttons.
Step 1: Cut six lengths of red wool about 30cm long. Once cut tie all the pieces together at one end leaving about two centimetres allowance.
Step 2: Start plaiting using two threads in each strand. As you plait keep checking the size of the bracelet around your wrist and stop plaiting when the end of the plait touches the knot when wrapped around your wrist.
Step 3: Heat up you hot glue gun. While glue gun is heating cut two of the strands off leaving the strand that you last used while plaiting. Dab a bit of hot glue on the back of the plait and press one of the cut strands down. Repeat with the other cut strand.
Step 4: Make a loop with the third strand. Make sure you can fit the black button through the loop. Cut to size and glue.
Step 5: At the other end of the bracelet undo knot and cut all of the threads of wool. Glue them behind the plait the same way you did in step 3.
Tip: Make sure both ends of the bracelet's strands are glued on the same side.
Step 6: Thread the needle using about 50cm of red cotton and tie ends together. Push needle through the end of the bracelet not pulling cotton through all the way through and twist back around to thread the needle through the loop made by the end of the cotton.
Step 7: Choose a black button. Push needle through the black button starting at the back and threading through to the front. Loop needle back through the other button hole and through the wool then repeat the step until button feels secure.
Step 8: To tie off cotton, thread the needle through the wool and twist back around to go through the loop made by end of cotton just like in Step 6. Repeat three times and cut thread leaving about 3cm to tie a granny knot in the thread before you cut it off.
Step 9: Choose a red button. Thread the needle once again with about 50cm of red cotton. Tie ends together. Fold bracelet in half and find the middle. Sew your needle through the wool where the halfway point. Don't pull cotton all the way through. Sew back through the wool and thread needle through the loop made by the end of the cotton. Attach needle with the steps 7 and 8.
